Our comprehensive service can include the installation of electric under floor heating, which works so well with the natural heat retention and conduction properties of stone.

For a trouble free installation we will...

• Guide you through all the site information we require to produce a quotation.
• Make you aware of the actions we will take in the event of variations to the information you provided.
• Give you a confirmed installation start date at the point of order
• Deliver your product in the morning ready for our installers to commence in the afternoon.
• Discuss and agree the layout details prior to commencing the installation.
• Agree daily start and finish times and advise the likely completion timescale.
• Work cooperatively with other trades people.
• Maintain a tidy work area and protect your new floor during installation.
• Clear all installation waste and rubbish on completion.
• Advise you fully on when the floor may be used normally after completion.
• Advise you on the maintenance programme required to keep your floor in good order.
• Ensure you are fully satisfied prior to signing our completion certificate.

For a trouble free installation you will need to help us by...

• Providing an accurately measured plan of the floor area or a hand drawn sketch.
• Providing accurate information regarding site conditions e.g. floor construction, existing levels.
• Make us aware of other work in progress on site.
• Ensure someone is able to receive delivery on the allotted day.
• Notify us of any potential issues with regard to delivery access for our large vehicles.
• Ensure that your floor is able to bear the imposed load of your new floor.
• Make available for our installers an area for parking two vehicles, designated water points, and an external area for stone cutting.
• For under-floor heating installation a two single socket spur is required. These must have a conduit to each other and to floor level. This must be connected after installation by a qualified electrician.
